Phase 1

Onboarding

You begin onboarding with different departments and stakeholders to make sure you feel welcome and challenged from day 1. We can’t wait to meet you!

Phase 2

Training

Through Encora’s intranet, you access the training package and international, virtual workshops led by engineers from your region. You begin to fill in the gaps in your skillset, expand your technical knowledge, and improve your soft skills

Phase 3

Project Experience

You work on client projects to gain authentic, hands-on experience and participate in high-level teamwork

Phase 4

Ongoing Feedback

You receive personalized feedback designed to help you analyze and reflect on your experience. The feedback enables you to recognize your strengths as well as the areas you can continue to develop to grow as a professional

Phase 5

Graduation Ceremony

Every great experience must be celebrated. Your graduation from the Encora Spark Internship Program commemorates the success of your learning journey. You complete the program as an Encora-certified digital engineer!
