Lakshmi's day begins at 7 AM when she finishes her morning chores and prepares breakfast for her father and older brother. By 9 AM, the family finishes breakfast, and when they leave for work, Lakshmi begins her workday.
The mornings are generally spent on project planning and coordination. Since her work involves both independent tasks and collaborative efforts, Lakshmi makes it a point to check in with her Learning Consultant (LC) regularly. This helps her identify her top priorities for the day.
The Afternoon
Lakshmi spends the afternoon completing her identified tasks. She also makes it a point to set some time aside for the more creative aspects of her job, which entails creating scenarios, visualizing content, and working alongside the development team to ensure alignment with the client's vision.
Taking Breaks
Despite her busy schedule, Lakshmi takes regular breaks as this helps her maintain her productivity and gain a fresh perspective. During this time, she cooks, takes a walk, or switches from creator to reviewer mode.
Wrapping Up the Day
Lakshmi's workday typically ends around 7:15 PM, though she remains flexible for evening calls. She then enjoys quality family time, watches Netflix, or takes a walk in Mumbai's pleasant evening weather.
Hobbies and Personal Time
Outside of work, Lakshmi pursues various interests. She is learning Spanish on Duolingo; she enjoys listening to music and is a creative writer. In the past year, she has co-authored two articles for Encora, combining her passion for writing with professional insights.
